Hire Terms of Service
These terms govern authenticated employer access, job posting, billing, and related services in Hire.
Effective August 24, 2026 · version draft-r1-not-approved
Employer access
Employer accounts are for authorized organization representatives. The first Company Admin is established only through recorded platform verification; later Company Admin invitations are controlled by an existing Company Admin.
Purchases and placements
Employer purchases are one-time payments for the selected Release 1 entitlement. Unused paid entitlements expire 12 months after verified payment.
A job posting is live for 30 days from first publication. Featured and Urgently Hiring remain active only through the job's remaining active life. Sticky/Pinned placement lasts up to seven days or until job closure, whichever occurs first.
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law, for a platform-caused inability to provide the purchased service, duplicate or billing error, or when we explicitly approve a refund. A full verified refund revokes only unused entitlements; consumed entitlements and their history remain.
Unused bundle credits have no cash value, and bundles are not partially prorated. Platform-caused failures may be resolved with an approved refund or service credit.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Stripe Checkout displays the final one-time payment before completion. Automatic tax calculation is not enabled for Release 1; purchasers are responsible for applicable self-assessed taxes, though we may collect or remit tax where the law directly requires it.
Candidate data
Employers may use applicant information only for legitimate recruiting for their own organization and must protect it from unauthorized access.
Platform status
Hire, weWorkHealthcare, and Renall provide a job-discovery and employer-platform service. They are not the employer, staffing agency, employer of record, payroll provider, or party to an employment relationship.
Employers and candidates remain responsible for employment decisions and their applicable employment, payroll, and tax obligations.
