You may request access to or deletion of eligible personal data through the authenticated account controls or the applicable contact channel. Legal holds can delay anonymization where retention is required.

What we collect and why

We process authenticated account details, employer verification evidence, job and distribution data, purchase records, applications, support requests, and security/audit records to operate the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

Use the authenticated account controls or the applicable branded contact channel to request eligible access, deletion, or correction. Do not include medical records, government IDs, financial account details, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
